Exhibitor Floor Meeting Rooms

Conveniently located on the show floor, these secured, hard-wall Exhibit Floor Meeting Rooms are ideal for private meetings with customers and prospects. Room locations can be viewed on the online floor plan. Please note: A minimum 10’x20’ room is required.

Ask your Account Executive for additional information or complete and submit the Freeman Show Floor Meeting Room Order Form (send your order form directly to Freeman).

Your top-level executives will appreciate the privacy and comfort of these spacious fixed rooms, located off the exhibit floor. 

 

Furnishings:  Each room will be set to order. Each company will pay all furnishing costs at discounted show organizer rates.
