Located adjacent to the exhibit hall in both the upper and lower level! These pre-built rooms are the perfect meeting space for your top-level executives to meet in a more private area.

Furnishings: Each room will be set to order. Each company will pay all furnishing costs. NXTcomm will negotiate organizer rates.
Exhibitor Floor Meeting Rooms
Close and convenient to the show floor, the Exhibit Floor Meeting Rooms are ideal for private meetings with customers and prospects. These meeting spaces are hard-wall systems and are located on both levels of the exhibit floor (see floorplan). (Additional Exhibit Floor Meeting Rooms can be created based on demand.) A minimum 20’x10’ room is required.
